To strengthen Hong Kong’s status as an international aviation hub, the Airport Authority Hong Kong has been actively developing the airport, this includes a mega-scale commercial development – SKYCITY located just a short stroll from the airport. It is poised to become a vibrant lifestyle hub –redefining the consumer experience and drawing visitors to the Airport City from all around the world.

At the core of SKYCITY is 11 SKIES, a new one-stop destination of retail, dining and entertainment experience created by New World Development, which is slated to open in phases from 2022 to 2025. Commanding a gross floor area of 3.8 million sq. ft, 11 SKIES includes over 800 shops, 120 dining concepts, the largest indoor entertainment hub in Hong Kong, and three Grade A office towers. The offices will create a professional services hub that reinforces Hong Kong’s competitive advantages and contributes to quality living in the Greater Bay Area.

On 26 May, New World Development will be hosting a forum to explore how SKYCITY and 11 SKIES can propel the Hong Kong economy towards new frontiers. Bringing together industries leaders from finance, healthcare, tourism and innovative technology, the forum will share ideas and insights on how SKYCITY and 11 SKIES can contribute to Hong Kong’s economic recovery as well as open new market opportunities in the GBA.
