Invested by New World Development and operated by K11 Group, 11 SKIES, the HK$20 billion world-class, mixed-use development project at Hong Kong International Airport’s SKYCITY, has won the Gold Award in the “Best Futura Mega Project” category at the MIPIM Asia Award 2022, the leading regional property awards also known as the “Oscars of the Asian real estate world”.

Created in 2007, the MIPIM Asia Awards celebrate excellence and innovation among the very best of the Asian real estate industry. The competition honours the most outstanding and accomplished projects in the Asia Pacific region, open to development that is in progress or slated to being construction soon. The panel of juries of the award, who are leaders in the real estate industry across Asia, appreciate 11 SKIES contributing to the transformation of a City Airport to Airport City, as well as giving a preview to the city what the future may hold through distinct architectural, creative ideas and environmental qualities such as sustainable features. The winning of the awards also represents the joint efforts of New World Development, K11 and its partner Lead8, the highly respected and multi-award winning (recipient of five MUSE Design Awards in 2021) design practice, has been recognised by experts in the industry.

11 SKIES has won the Gold Award in the “Best Futura Mega Project” category at the MIPIM Asia Award 2022

11 SKIES, open in phases from 2022 to 2025, is set to become the largest retailtainment landmark in Hong Kong, providing one-stop entertainment, retail and commerce offerings. The project is the first-of-its-kind to integrate workplace for Greater Bay Area (GBA) enterprises, with a focus of wealth management, wellness and medical services. This future landmark will seamlessly house over 800 shops, including more than 120 dining concepts, together with Hong Kong’s largest indoor entertainment hub providing world-class entertainment attractions never seen before in the region.
